    Aalu Tikki Chaat, from north India, are small potato patties stuffed with chickpeas, topped with yogurt, tamarind and mint chutneys. Bhel, originally from Maharashtra, is a crushed mixture of savory fried snacks doused with spicy chutney and chopped onions. A mixture of sprouted beans with chopped onions, tomatoes, pomegranate, crushed plantain chips and garlic chutney, is a healthier version. Both dishes are one of the most popular street foods throughout the country . Grilled paneer (Indian cheese) tikkas are a vegetarian option to the traditional chicken tikka made with spicy marinade.

      Class duration: 3-3 1/2 hours.
